At Dropazia.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience, but if something goes wrong, our refund and return policy is here to protect you.
Please read the following terms carefully before requesting a return or refund.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:

You received a damaged, broken, or defective product.

You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color.

Your product does not match the description shown on our website.
You cannot return a product if:

You simply “changed your mind.”

You ordered the wrong product by mistake.

The product is used, damaged by you, or missing accessories.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim a return, replacement, or refund, you must provide:
✔ A complete unboxing video from opening the parcel to showing the issue
✔ Clear photos of the product and packaging
✔ Proof of purchase (order ID or screenshot)
No unboxing video = No refund or replacement.
3. Timeframe for Return Requests

You must report issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
4. Return & Exchange Process
Step-by-step process:

Contact our support team on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours.

Provide unboxing video + photos of the issue.

Our team will review and approve your request if eligible.
-
You will be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse.

After inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.
5. Return Shipping Charges

If the mistake is from Dropazia.pk (wrong item/damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost.

If the mistake is from the customer (wrong choice, misunderstanding), the customer will pay return shipping.
6. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued in one of the following ways:
1. Bank Transfer
We can refund to your:

Bank account

Easypaisa
-
JazzCash
-
SadaPay / NayaPay
2. Store Credit (Wallet)
We can also offer wallet balance for future purchases.
Refunds may take 3–7 working days after inspection.
7. Non-Returnable Items
These items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons:

Personal care items (beauty tools, trimmers, shavers)

Underwear, lingerie, socks

Customized or personalized products
-
Perfumes and cosmetics (if opened)

Electronics that have been used

Food and consumables
8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refusal to accept parcel at the door may lead to a COD Ban for the customer.
9. Missing Items
If an item is missing from your parcel:

Report within 24 hours

Provide unboxing video showing the missing product
We will send the missing item or refund it after verification.
10. Damaged Product During Use
Dropazia.pk is not responsible for damage caused by:

Customer mishandling
-
Incorrect usage
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Electrical issues at home
-
Water damage
Such cases will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
11. Courier Delays
Refunds are not provided for delays caused by courier companies.
Delivery time varies by city, courier traffic, weather, and strikes.
