Welcome to Dropazia.pk. We aim to provide a smooth, fast, and reliable shopping experience for all our customers across Pakistan.
Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In case of high demand or sale season, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
We deliver products all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as Leopard, TCS, M&P, PostEx, etc.
Estimated delivery time:

| Remote Areas / Villages | 5–10 working days |
Note: Delivery time may be affected by weather, strikes, courier issues, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 150–250 (depending on weight and city).

Some heavy or oversized items may have additional charges.

Shipping cost will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan.

For orders above Rs. 5,000, advance payment may be required.

Fake orders or repeated returns may result in COD suspension for that customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:

You will receive an SMS / WhatsApp / Email with your tracking number.

You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.
6. Order Delays
Your order may get delayed due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address.

Customer not answering calls from courier.

Natural disasters or political issues.

Sale season rush.
Dropazia.pk is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Take photos and video while opening the parcel.

Contact our support within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We will help resolve the issue according to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Dropazia.pk ships only within Pakistan.
9. Change of Address
If you entered the wrong address:

Contact us immediately within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once the parcel is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
